To deliver on Recreational Services' vision, we are investing in our leaders. We have launched a leadership development initiative designed to grow the competence and confidence of Recreational Services' leaders in displaying the selected leadership competencies.

On the following pages there are statements describing the critical leadership behaviours the organisation expects its leaders to demonstrate under each of the competencies.
