Our leadership model is called

symbolising that we build and grow our people internally, that we are committed to everyone developing high quality leadership and that we expect high standards of our leaders.
To deliver on this promise, we are investing in our leaders. We have launched a leadership development initiative designed to grow the competence and confidence of Recreational Services' leaders in displaying the selected leadership competencies of our model.
On the following pages there are statements describing the critical leadership behaviours we are asking our leaders to demonstrate under each of the above competencies. Please read each of these statements carefully and make an assessment of the person's performance by providing honest, constructive responses using the 6 point scale described later in this form.
