INFLUENCING
The skills of being an effective influencer are crucial to the Local Board Services Department.
This person is currently on a development programme to help build their capability and confidence as an effective influencer. You have been asked to complete this survey because they believe you will bring valuable insights around what they are doing well and what they can do to be an even better influencer.
Please read each of the statements carefully and make an assessment of the person's performance by providing honest, constructive responses on the form provided. There are no right or wrong answers, you have been chosen as a feedback respondent because this person is interested in what you have to say. You will have the opportunity to rate the person's performance using a 6-point scale - please try not to use only one part of the scale - e.g. all 5s. Instead try to use the scale to differentiate the things the person does well and where they can improve. You will also be asked for some written feedback - please be as specific and descriptive as possible in this section, people always find this feedback extremely helpful.
